Richard joined Mullum Vet in January 2006 and became a partner in 2009. He graduated from Sydney Uni in 1994. He has considerable experience in all aspects of veterinary practice, both small and large animal, having worked in mixed practice from Gunnedah, New South Wales to Gove, Northern Territory.   He also did a stint in the UK and spent 7 years in the Blue Mountains prior to making his home Mullumbimby.

Richard is a very keen orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeon as well enjoying the many challenging medical cases which confront us.  Richard has also taken a keen interest in Equine Dentistry which he is highly experienced in. He has undertaken the Distance Education Course in Veterinary Ultrasound which has added a fantastic new level of diagnostics to our clinic.
